Do you ever just wake up feeling huge amounts of stress that don’t go away throughout the day?
Do you ever suddenly just feel the weight of the world on your shoulders?
Do you ever just suddenly remember all the bad things you’ve done in your life?
The weight on your shoulders isn’t the world, but it weights just as much, if not more.
That weight on your shoulders, on your heart. That’s you.
Your dreams, memories, regrets, aspirations, disappointments, your life.
All you can do is try to make things better by doing good, but sometimes it doesn’t feel like that’s enough but there’s a reason for that.
When you feel down, you’re caught in such a strong state of mind that next to nothing can break it. But just because you feel down doesn’t mean the good that you do isn’t noticed.
That good that you do let’s everyone around you know that even though you’re stuck in a rough patch in life, you still have the strength and the will power to try and keep your head above the water but out of the clouds.
People go to the gym to work out and get stronger but no matter how big their muscles get, that’s not true strength.
True strength is the ability to overcome that dark cloud floating around you.
When you can figure out how to stay strong and positive even in the worst of times. THAT is when you can say that you’re as strong as ever.
Most of you who follow me might not take the time to read this all the way through because its so long and our attention span has shortened every generation but if you did read this all the way to the end, I thank you and I hope this helps.
